Wondering where you "fit in" in the volutneer options? Never fear - we've tried our best to make it easy and convenient to find your way!

General Volunteer -  want to help out but aren't sure how much you can really commit? Or are you wanting to "test the waters" before you get into something you really aren't in love with? Well this option is for you! A General Volunteer can volunteer anywhere from 4 to 16 hours and in return they can receive a free ticket to the Fair and a Free T-shirt. There is no other committment other than being a positive and professional person that helps out during the actual Fair. We have several options for volunteering to help "get your feet wet" and see if it's right for you.

Committemen - This option is for anyone who already knows where they will be or has volunteered in the past under a specific chairman. Committemen participate in the Volunteer Pre-Sale Program to help promote the Fair and sell tickets for a chance to win prizes including a Cruise Gift Certificate, or other fantastic Get-Away Prizes. These committemen must work a minimum of 16 hours and sell a minimum of $50 in the Pre-Sale Program to earn their "GOLD Badge". Committemen also have the opportunity to participate in additional activities with the Fair throughout the year. 

Group - Are you volunteering with a specific club or group? If so, this is the place for you. Your group leader (Aggieland Humane Society, Bankers, Hispanic Forum, etc.) may give you a code for access. Some non-profit clubs will also be raising money for their organization by volutneering so it is essential that you register in order for your hours to count towards the clubs total time.
